Our Story

At D&M Operations Group LLC we believe commercial cleaning should be simple, reliable, and professional. We are a locally owned Denver company focused exclusively on serving offices, professional suites, commercial properties, and medical facilities throughout the Denver metro area.

Unlike large franchises, our clients work directly with ownership. We conduct walkthroughs in person, remain accessible when issues arise, and focus on building long-term relationships through consistent service and communication.

Meet The Owner

D&M Operations Group is owned and operated by Matthew Scott Pillado. Before launching D&M, Matthew worked as a trial attorney and educator. He brings the same professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to client service to every property D&M serves. Matthew earned degrees from the University of Notre Dame, Texas A&M University School of Law, and Arizona State University.

Our Why

Before founding D&M Operations Group LLC Matthew spent years working in professional office environments, including law offices and corporate settings. One thing he noticed repeatedly was that many businesses were paying for cleaning services but were still dealing with inconsistent results, communication issues, and a lack of accountability.

Too often, cleaning companies would disappear after the contract was signed, making it difficult to resolve concerns or maintain consistent standards.
